Exercise classes have started at: The Studio Unit 1 9 Northpoint Street Plimmerton
Swiss Ball – a great way to tone, strengthen and sculpt the body: Tues & Thurs 6.00 pm, Sunday 9.15 am.
Move & Groove a low impact exercise to music class aimed at over 50’s who want to have fun while they exercise: Thurs 10.30 am.
Also starting soon – Ski fitness. Get your body ready for the slopes and reduce the chance of injury.
